Stop Competing Sign-In Popups Not Working in Safari

It is working now. Can't believe I didn't think of checking Safari's settings.

The keychain suggestion overlays on top of the 1P suggestion. I will give this a shot and report back.

Do you mean Safari's Keychain is showing suggestions beneath fields in addition to the 1Password suggestions? If so, you can disable the built in password manager using these steps: Turn off the built-in password manager in your browser.
