Switch from Nightly to Beta isn't working

Backspaze , I am glad that you were able to update your app!
It is safe to remove your older database instances.
1Password 8 channels are setup in such way that Nightly would have the latest version then Beta would be most current that Production, therefore you can switch from Production to Beta or Nightly but in order to downgrade, you need to uninstall and rename or remove database then reinstall the other channel.
Having said that, we know that this is not ideal for all users and we are currently working on improving this behavior.
