Synch problems between windows app and chrome extension

I am new to 1Password, using the Chrome extension v2.5.1 and 1Password windows app v8.9.7.0. I am finding that if I change a site password using the app, the extension's data is not getting synched,...

Hey @maplegate62626,

We would expect these changes to be pretty instant. However, you can force a sync by locking and unlocking your 1Password.

If this is something you are seeing frequently there may be a deeper issue here, can you let me know if this is an ongoing problem?
