The 1password chrome extension will not take new password. any ideas on how to fix this?

We had an employee that forgot their password for 1password and had to make a recovery. After they recover their account, they can log in to chrome, but the 1password extension will not take the new ...

Hey @cvargas95! Does your employee also use the 1Password app? If so, let's have them do the following:

  1. Right-click the 1Password icon in the browser toolbar and choose Settings.
  2. Under General, disable "Integrate with 1Password app".
  3. Under Accounts & Vaults, sign out of the affected account.
  4. Sign back into the account.
  5. Go back to General, and re-enable "Integrate with 1Password app".
