4 years agoHey @jhk sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with the extension. It sounds like your data has not been migrated from your Primary vault to your account. That said, I'd like to get a diagnostics report from your computer to make sure of this. Once we get that, we can walk you through setting things up and filling from your browser.

Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to mailto:support+x@1password.com
