TypeError: Illegal invocation in Chrome Browser

This happens on all the platforms I've tried: Windows, Linux, and Mac. I find multiple reports of this behavior online, including notes on how it should be fixed... and yet it isn't. Is there a timef...

After wrestling against auto-submit for the site I tried, I did find passkeys working with non-Oracle sites in Chrome. So yes the situation I'm having is definitely realted to Oracle/OCI.
