Unable to create a passkey on SwissID website

Hi, I can't create a passkey on swissid.ch; 1Password doesn't activate and instead I am being redirected straight to Window Hello prompt. 1Password Version: Not Provided Extension Version...

    I'm sorry that you're unable to create a passkey on swissid.ch using 1Password. This is a known issue that our development team is currently working with SwissID to resolve and I've added your reports to our internal tracking item for the issue. Hopefully the issue can be resolved soon.

    For the time being, you can use other authentication methods to sign into the website.

I also received an email stating that they will disable 2fA via the SwissID app by the end of August. Yet I am unable to create a working Passkey neither on iOS or on MacOS. I also contacted SwissID support about the issue and they responded with a generic help article about passkey generation.
