Unable to fill on chexsystems.com

set up an account with CHEXSYSTEMS, and i have to manuualy copy and paste username and password, it WILL NOT autopopulate no matter what.

can someone help either tell me what to do to autopopulate, or explain why this does not work

    Hey pathfinder76,

    I have done some testing on this page and you're right. The login portal is designed in such a way that 1Password is having a hard time detecting the fields.

    I have filed an issue with our development team to see if we can improve the behaviour in a future update. In the meantime, as you have been, I'd suggest copy and pasting or alternatively drag and dropping your credentials to the fields.
