Hi @msammut, sorry about the trouble! It's quite possible that you're getting that error because 1Password 8 requires a 64-bit version of Windows 10 or later. Are you able to update your OS to Windows 10?

If not, my recommendation would be to use the extension in your browser, which does not depend as much on your computer's OS as the app would. Here's how to install the extension in your browser: https://1password.com/downloads/browser-extension/#browsers
