It might be best for us to get a better look at your setup. I'd like to ask you to grab some logs and diagnostics for us:
- A diagnostics report from 1Password under Preferences > Advanced > Send Diagnostics
- A console log from Brave: https://support.1password.com/cs/extension-console-log/
