Unable to scan QR code on Obsidian.md

1P_Dave I ran into it today on Obsidian.md's account creation page, but it has happened consistently over the past couple of weeks of setting up 2FA for other services. (Prior to that - circa a year ago, I do remember this feature working perfectly, though.)

The error is always "QR code detection failed" or something of the sort.
