User received "this site can't be reached" error on chrome using the sharing link for a password

Hi folks,

I'm sending a password to someone using the sharing link from 1password in the browser, it's working on my end but not on theirs. I've tried looking through the documentation but didn't see anything that covered this. She's using chrome on windows. I'm wondering what might be causing this issue? Would clearing cookies help? Thanks in advance.
