website now says an authentication error occurred

I just jointed 1password and have created a problem with one of my work accounts. One of my websites totally caught on and now automatically puts in my user name: "An authentication error occurred...

This definitely isn't the experience we want you to have with filling using 1Password. Just to confirm, are you able to successfully log into this website again, or are you still locked out? Let me know, and I can dig in further with you.
