What determines if a website icon is loaded to an 1P8-mac item?

Usually, 1P8 displays the website icon of a login item as icon. However, in some cases this does not work. In these cases, the Safari tab shows a (very small) icon, but this icon is not recognised bei 1P8 and two letters from the items title (designation) are presented.

Is there a way to force loading of such icons?
(Other then making a screenshot and use "Choose new icon ..." when editing the item in 1P8.)

    Hi bwadm,

    1Password has a database for these icons. If there is a site where we don't have an icon, and you'd like to see one added, please contact us with:

    1. The domain name the icon is for (e.g. 1password.com)
    2. The new Rich Icon you're proposing. If you don't have one already, you can try to find one on the company Facebook or Twitter page, from their iOS/Android app icon, or even in Google Image search. Make sure it's square and at least 512x512 pixels.
