What is the purpose of "Accounts & Vaults" in the browser 1password settings (MacOs)?

Deselecting any of the vaults doesn't seem to do anything wrt saving new passwords

    Hi @sunjunkie:

    Toggling off accounts and vaults in that section controls which items are shown directly on pages, and in the All Vaults view in the 1Password pop-up.
