When I unlock 1Password (in browser or desktop app) a new browser window open with 1Password.

email us using support@1password.com. and we can take a deeper look. Be sure to use the email address tied to the account in question. You can include that receding to us. 🎉 Please attach that recording directly to the email.

Hey Paul! I’m using Edge. And all I’m doing is clicking on 1P (either browser extension or desktop app) and filling in my password. I’ll then be signed in to 1P correctly, but also a new browser tab will open. This new browser tab is of 1P as well, asking me to login with all details incl security key. Completing this screen does not prevent it from opening next time. If it’s useful to send a quick screen recording your way, let me know!
