Currently there isn't a way to stop 1Password from offering to save your credentials on a specific website. However, I can see how this feature could be useful so I have passed your feedback on to our product team for consideration.
In the meantime, you could hit the ESC key on your keyboard or click on the 1Password icon in the field to quickly dismiss 1Password. Thank you for your suggestion.
