Why does 2FA only recognize my second mobile device but not my primary device?

I'm trying to log into 1password.com on Chrome on macOS and I only see my secondary device listed (see screenshot, first comment), but not the main mobile device I use daily. How do I add my primary mobile device as a 2FA factor?

    No @Joy_1P, the authenticator app is only on my primary device

    Hey lowellk! Is the authenticator app that you use to store your 2FA code for your account only on that secondary device?
