Why does the Chrome keyboard shortcut keep reverting/resetting to its original value?

I'm not sure if it's when Chrome Updates or the 1Password Extension but the "Activate the extension" keyboard shortcut keeps getting reset to Cmd+Shift+X. Since I use my browser to edit documents, th...

I appreciate that this issue is affecting a small number of users and hence it is low priority for you. 

Regarding the video: what I had assumed is that the issue is triggered by 1password plugin updates, not Chrome updates. So not sure how to capture this in a video as these plugin updates are automatically as far as I know. 

Also, my Chrome browser is managed by my company so I wonder if that may play a role in all of this...
