Why doesn't 1PW often fail to offer to update or create new PW?
Please see example screenshot below. I wanted to update my password, so I enter the existing one and then let 1PW generate a secure new one. I hit submit.......and as is so often the case 1PW doesn't...

ModeratorThank you for those details. I'd like to investigate why 1Password sometimes fails to fill a generated password on your Mac. The next time that the issue occurs, please send in a console log:
Attach the file to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.
With your email please include:
