Just ran it again a few hours later and didnt get the message

Hey jasongordon, It sounds like SmartScreen is flagging this up due to our new code signing certificate.
There should be an option "more info", if you click on this, then click "run anyway" this should allow 1Password to run normally.
Please let me know if this resolves your issue! :)
