Thanks for the tip on the workaround. Do you know if there has been any advances on getting it fixed "completely"? I just tried it in the latest version 8.10.60 and it still has the same issue.

You're very welcome. We don't have an update to share regarding this issue at this stage. I know this isn't the answer you hoped for, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

    When I saw this mentioned in the release notes for 8.10.64 I was hoping this would fix this issue, but unfortunately it still does not work correctly 

    • We’ve made improvements to username suggestions. If you have an Identity item saved in your vault, the email address from that item will be your suggested username.
