I am also experiencing this issue - Authentication Required Sign into your 1Password account (aaaaaa) to continue.
1Password – Password Manager Version 2.5.1
Chrome Version 108.0.5359.125 (Official Build) (64-bit)
1Password for Windows Version 7.9.832 (because Version 8 so far has been unusable for me)
Windows 10 Pro Version 21H2
