YubiKey
Looking for YubiKey setup for 1Password. I have 2 of the newest YubiKey NFC keys for personal use. I have everything else "keyed" that I want keyed but can't figure out how to use Security Key instead of Password for 1Password.

Hello SpecialCharacter! 👋
Welcome to the community! If you're using a 1Password account that's protected using an account password and Secret Key then you'll need to enter your account password to unlock the app. You also have the choice to also add a security key as a second factor to your 1Password account for two-factor authentication: Use your security key as a second factor for your 1Password account
Two-factor authentication (2FA) protects your 1Password account during sign-in when adding a new device or browser. Once you complete authentication and encryption, that device becomes authorized. Future sign-ins on that device on it only require your account password, since your Secret Key is securely stored there.
2FA is only required once in the apps because authentication and encryption serve different roles in 1Password’s security model. When you set up a new device, authentication allows 1Password to download an encrypted copy of your data for offline access.
If you'd like to be able to unlock 1Password without having to enter your account password each time, then you can enable biometric or system unlocking for 1Password on your device. If you tell me what kind of devices you're using then I can share the specific steps for that device.
