    🌟 Hi everyone!

    A huge thank-you to everyone who joined today’s Team Member Training Office Hours — our very first session focused exclusively on helping team members learn how to get the most out of 1Password (plus our usual live Q&A)!

    Q: I have a lot of passwords — do I have to manually add them to 1Password?
    A: Nope! You can import your passwords in bulk using the Import Data feature.
    From your 1Password account, click your name in the top-right corner and select Import Data. You’ll find step-by-step instructions for importing from browsers, other password managers, or a CSV file — it’s quick and easy!

     

     

    Q: Any tips for encouraging team members to use 1Password consistently?
    A: Absolutely! The key is to make it simple and familiar:
    1️⃣ Make sure everyone knows how to use 1Password — invite them to our future Team Member Training Office Hours and share the 1Password Academy for Team Members.
    2️⃣ Set your team up for success by encouraging them to install the 1Password browser extension — it makes saving and filling passwords effortless.

    Q: Can I sign in to 1Password on multiple devices?
    A: Yes! You’ll want to be signed in on your web browser, desktop app, and mobile device:

    • Start by signing in on the web app — your company’s URL will look like yourcompanyname.1password.com (or .eu / .ca, depending on your region).
    • Then, follow the setup steps to install the 1Password desktop app.
    • Finally, download the mobile app for on-the-go access, and scan the setup code under “Set up another device” from your account menu.
