From the Logs you've provided, it appears context is getting time-out which is blocking the cache from being readable. There is no definite reason why this is happening. Generally restarting the bridge is advised. It will get rid of these errors if it was due to the Scim bridge getting overwhelmed. You may try run a manual sync and then restart bridge if needed should resolve the problem.
