Hello kimsia,
Thank you very much for reaching out. To avoid having the wrong 2fa codes in 1Password, you can follow the steps in your link to get to the QR code part, and you can use 1Password in the browser to scan it before scanning the code in Robocorp authenticator app. 1Password should save new 2FA codes that match with Robocorp.
After making sure it works, you can remove the old 2FA in 1Password.
