I am not getting how 1password password work in kubernetes

1 gone through this documentation but i am not getting how 1password operator work and what is the different between 1password operator and 1password connect https://github.com/1Password/onepa...

Hi there! 1Password connect is a self hosted server that allows you to access secrets programmatically from 1Password, whilst the kubernetes operator is an integration that makes requests to the 1Password Connect server in order to bring 1Password secrets into your kubernetes clusters.
