Implement SSH Agent Functionality in 1Password for Flatpak

This would be very helpful, especially considering the new and interesting "immutable" distros out there that heavily rely on Flatpak for GUI applications. (https://projectbluefin.io/ and https://getaurora.dev/ for two)

I don't think there is anything technical preventing this now. KeePassXC https://github.com/flathub/org.keepassxc.KeePassXC/issues/117 this with Flatpak.
