Retrieve secret by immutable id using service account

Until now we were using the op cli tool to access secrets, using "op get item ", and then parsing the JSON out etc.

We just upgraded to the service account pathway, it's a lot easier to retrieve info with "op read op://vault-name/ etc etc", but one thing we miss is being able to retrieve items by a fixed ID instead by vault name / secret name. The reason is simply that we constantly rename our content as our work flow changes, and it's not great that we have to change our automation scripts just because we changed the spelling of a key.

Is it possible, with a service account, to retrieve a value via some kind of immutable id instead?
