SCIM bridge DNS record

Hello,
I am in need of some clarification for creating the DNS record for the SCIM Bridge. We are implementing Okta with 1Password and we use Google Cloud. So I will be using Google for the bridge.

For the DNS record, It states to point to the IP address of the host. I presume that is the IP address of the host of our domain, correct?

EX: type = TXT name = scim bridge name created in google data = IP address of host of domain
