Hi Hemal, I found an article that helped out with this on Okta.https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/User-profile-updates-aren-t-being-pushed-to-the-application-after-we-enabled-provisioning?language=en_US#:~:text=External%20IDs%20are%20required%20by,application%20that%20has%20provisioning%20enabled.
The error was because I assigned an Okta group to the 1Password app on Okta before I turned Provisioning on on 1Password. Unassigning the affected user and reassigning them is one of the fixes.
