I'll point 1Password Business here to let them know and suggest that they use the ability to set a Subject and body in a mailto: link to make it more useful.

Business followed up quickly to invite me directly, which I accepted and successfully tested the event on Goldcast (which has a privacy policy which might not look great to privacy-minded folks), but did not address the broken form directly.

Thanks for the update! I’m glad our team followed up with you directly and that you were able to test the event successfully. As for the broken form, we hear you — it’s something we’ve already flagged, but since it’s not owned by the Community team, we’re not directly managing the fix.
That said, we’ll make sure the right folks are aware, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention! 🙂
