Why did my user name change?

I was known as MerryBit in the old forums and also when I was a beta tester for this new community. Why did it change to MerryBit1 when the new forum went live, and can I change it back somehow? Th...

    Ok, all done!

    I have removed the old MerryBit and now you only have MerryBit

Thanks for clarifying! Before i get rid of MerryBit, this does have 79 posts associated to it, and shows your membership since 2019.

If you wanted to keep that history, we could delete Former Member and then change the username of MerryBit to Former Member ? 

Let me know! Just don't want you to lose anything if you don't want to.
