• Accounts with no readable vaults no longer re-fetch the full vault list from the server on every command.
• On macOS, running op repeatedly from a coding agent, script, or other program no longer prompts for authorization on every command; successive invocations now share a single desktop app authorization.
• Clarified in op run help and the CLI reference that secret masking on stdout and stderr is best effort and does not guarantee concealment.
