I'm getting the same issue. I synchronise across multiple devices and Windows computers. Only having the issue on one computer:
1Password Client: 1Password for Windows 8.10.8 (81008047)
OS Version: Windows 10 Pro 10.0 Build 19045

When I click on the "View Offline Items" there is no response, and the message bar saying "View Offline Items" disappears after a second or so.

I have the same bug and when I click on Offline Items in the left menu it shows me two items I deleted months ago

This is the same for me as well. Two items that I had forgotten about / deleted long ago. This issue just started recently and is only present on one of the many devices I use.

Worked for me on the iPhone. Thanx for your help!

+1 .. a sign-out/sign-in cycle in the iPhone app resolved the issue for me as well.

To close the loop on my end, signing out of my desktop app and then signing back in seemed to shake it loose and get rid of this error or force the right kind of sync to happen so.

All my out of sync items were things I tried to move to the archive as well in retrospect.
