I have had this same issue with multiple users, but not when upgrading the OS. Just updating Chrome results in the E-Kit being invalid.

I’m sorry that you’re running into issues when accessing 1Password. I’m not familiar with an error message that specifically reads “Emergency Kit / Secret Key is invalid”, can you share a screenshot of this error message? And on what URL do you see the message on?

You shouldn’t have to re-enter your Secret Key after updating Chrome, was Chrome’s browser data recently cleared on the devices in question?

Apologies for the mistake in my post, the error message actually states Emergency Kit incorrect rather than invalid. The URL we are using is our site-specific account URL I can be more specific in a non public forum. Regarding the Chrome update, it didn't clear browser data beyond potentially resetting the cache. Most of our users are IT admins who update Chrome at least monthly, yet this issue appears randomly across the team. I'm currently collecting data to narrow down what specific factors might be causing it, but that is in the very early stages.
