Constant Windows 11 Notification Banners for browser extenstions and Duo

I keep getting Duo Authentication Required Windows 11 Notification Banners for each one of my browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox).

If I click on the banner it just goes away. If I go to my browser and click on the 1Password icon, I see the extension just fine and no Duo prompt.

I have closed and reopened the browsers. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the extension on each browser. I have uninstalled the 1password application, reinstalled it, entered my password, then I got a Duo authentication for the application. When I click on the browser extension, no prompt just the 1password interface.

It wouldn’t bother me if it wasn’t so persistent. I get the prompts often (every hour or two) and there doesn’t seem to be anything to resolve the banner. I don’t want to silence the app, but I will if that is what others have done.

I’d like to have our support team investigate this further. Could you create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your Windows PC?

Hi @lawrenced1, thanks for letting me know! I’ve taken a look and I can see that one of my colleagues has replied to your ticket. I would recommend keeping the conversation to email moving forwards to ensure everything remains in one place and avoid duplication of efforts. Thanks!
