I want to request a client’s passwords

I’m a financial coach with an accounting background, and often my clients want me to have access to a password of theirs so I can directly access information, ie pull their Amazon purchases, or update bank feeds, etc. Does 1pass have a way to request this from my client?
I tried to add each client to their own vault but that ended up charging me A LOT per user, as if they were employees of my firm.
I want a way to go into 1Pass, send an email asking the client for their credentials, then be able to store said credentials in my 1Pass.

Hello @lazyfingroup! 👋

Thanks for the question! The best option that’s currently available is to add your client to a vault as a guestShare with guests in your organization

1Password Business includes 20 guests and you can always remove an existing guest before adding a new one.

I want a way to go into 1Pass, send an email asking the client for their credentials, then be able to store said credentials in my 1Pass.

This isn’t something that 1Password offers right now and I’ve filed a feature request with our development team to have our product team look into a feature like this in the future.
