Safari 1Password Extension Blank Initially After Unlocking

If 1Password is locked, the 1Password Safari Extension correctly asks you to unlock, which once done results in the Extension showing a blank box.

This is best explained by watching the following very short screen capture video clip:

This is a new thing and started a couple of versions back to my knowledge.
