Pages where I use the hide on this page function do not stick and reset on the next visit to the page for every site.

  • Windows 11 Enterprise 24H2
  • Browser Edge Version 150.0.4078.65 (Official build) (64-bit)

Hi @Nick.wier, I’m sorry to hear that the “Hide on this page” option isn’t sticking on any website.

To confirm my understanding - when this issue occurs, does the setting remain checked, but 1Password starts appearing on the page again anyway, or is the setting unchecked entirely?

Apologies for the poor wording on that description. From what I can see it seems to be checked off but asks on all fields for the page. However, now that I started digging into it more, I found some sites where it is set to hide and it does seem to work.

Thanks for getting back to us with those details and for providing that screenshot @Nick.wier.

I'd like to ask you to gather the page details on the site where you’re experiencing this issue so I can submit a report to our developers. Here’s how:

1. On the page exhibiting the behavior, click the problematic field so the field is focused.
1. Right-click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar.
1. Click Help and choose Collect Page Structure
1. 1Password will save a .json file to your Downloads folder.
1. Attach the downloaded .json file to an email message addressed to support@1password.com.
