bonjour, j'ai perdu le mot de passe de mon compte et la personne qui a mis en place 1password est parti de l'entreprise sans télécharger le Rescue Kit. Comment faire ?
Sachant que lorsque je demande a réinitialiser, il me dit que mon compte n'exista pas !
au secours et impssoble de joindre quelqu'un au téléphone chez 1password

Hello, I lost the password to my account and the person who set up 1Password left the company without downloading the Rescue Kit. What should I do?
