Access to Support
Our company has been having a P1 critical issue which really needs support from 1Password (i.e. we cannot use the platform across the whole company), yet we are unable to speak to anyone. Over the last ~24 hours we have reached out via every support bot, form, sales contact we can find but still have not heard anything back. The pricing page for 1Password for business highlights that we should be able to call the support team, but we cannot find any contact details.
Any recommendations in being able to progress this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry that you're running into a critical issue, our support team is here to help. If you're using 1Password Business, you can find our phone number in the “Manage account" section of your account when signed in at 1Password.com.
However, if you're unable to sign in at all you wouldn't be able to reach the "Manage account" section. I've located your support ticket and have flagged it internally. One of my colleagues will send you a reply soon. Since we have a communications channel open via email, I'll close this thread.
