My feature wish list

First of all, I love 1Password! I know that there are open source, self-hostable alternatives but I think that the service provided and the price just makes it a no-brainer. But. Having use other password managers I really think that there are small things that can be done to improve the experience for a professional user.

Domain name matching
When using the browser plugin, password matching against domains is fair and probably good enough for a regular user but as a developer, I would really like to see:

* That suggested passwords are sorted based on "best match against the website" example, I'm on https://app.lorem.com/login and have three different passwords (with different websites) for "lorem.com" in my 1Password
  * First: Exact match: https://app.lorem.com/login
  * 2nd: Hostname match: https://app.lorem.com/
  * 3rd: Top-level domain match: https://lorem.com/
* That ports are supported (could be a setting)
* Set a "priority" or similar to boost a certain item compared to others. I know that favorites have this impact but another mechanism would be useful.

A wild and crazy idea here would be to provide a setting for this so that I can "sort" different criteria based on my preferences.

Custom Item Types
I saw this: https://www.1password.community/discussions/1password/ability-to-create-custom-item-types/122740 where this feature was requested three years ago.

I would love a feature for this as well. Many of the default item types do not make sense at all in my context (Swedish Business User) "Outdoor License"? "Reward"?

A easier way to implement would probably be to be able to say "Use this as Item Type Template" on an existing item.

I know that there are custom fields, but sometimes the default fields (which I cannot rename) does not really make sense. For example: I'm trying to store a API key with ClientId and ClientSecret. The Item Template have named the fields Username and Credentials which just make it confusing.

At the very least an "Empty" item should be provided so that I can build it up using custom fields if I want to.

I usually have a lot more feedback but if these two bullets were solved 1Password would be perfect in my world 🦄

Not sure if this is the right way to provide feature ideas but if there is a more "formal" way I would be happy to provide my feedback/ideas in that channel.
