Transfer Item Ownership to Different User - Feature Request

I'm the SysAdmin for a small company and often set up accounts for people like new employees or new services for existing employees.  I haven't found a good way to transfer an item to a different use...

Thanks for the feedback! Currently, there isn't a way to drop an item into another user's Employee vault. The best option would be for you to move the item into a shared vault that the two of you both have access to and then for them to move the item to their Employee vault if they don't want to keep it in the shared vault. 

That being said, I can see how such an option would be useful and I've filed a feature request on your behalf with our product team.

adding to this feature request, I would also like to transfer ownership of a vault to a different user within my organisation.

Multiple use cases:

  • An admin creates a vault for a user or team and hands over that vault to the user or a team member.
  • Somebody changes project and wants to pass over the ownership of the project vault.
