User account still active in 1Password even though disabled/deleted in Okta
Hello everyone,
we recently found out we still have an active user in 1Password that was created using User Provisioning through Okta. Now, the user has since been disabled and deleted in Okta, but in 1Password it still shows as active. How can we disable the user in 1Password? I can't find an option for that.

Hi CptChaos,
For your immediate need here, you can temporarily pause provisioning within 1Password and delete the user manually.
To do this, please navigate to the provisioning page in 1Password. From there, you can flip the toggle switch for provisioning which will only pause provisioning (allowing manual actions to then be taken on accounts) instead of deactivating provisioning. With provisioning paused, you can then manually suspend and/or delete the account in 1Password. After performing that action, you can turn provisioning back on by going back to the provisioning page and flipping the switch back.
I'd also recommend opening a ticket with support@1password.com so you can go into the specific details of your setup and make sure it's behaving as you want it to.
