“Last Modified” not changing

I just changed a login password in v8.10.2 and the date/time stamp in the login did not change. I even used 1Password’s suggested password while in the login’s settings.

(UPDATE). After making the password change, the date/time did not change. After posting this I looked again and it had changed – but only after closing the app and then opening it again. Is this expected behavior?
