Anyone else has this issue? 1Password asks me to re-enter my 1PWD account 2FA constantly since changing phone. Removing / Re-installing did nothing. Support is rather useless. They had me turn on/off 2FA on my account, so now it’s also doing it on my iPad and Mac.5Views0likes0CommentsWatchtower score not identical
Hi All, I have 1Password installed on my Mac, Windows PC and iPhone. The Watchtower score on my Mac and iPhone is 1190. The Watchtower score on my Windows PC is 1150. (A difference of 40 points) Given I am logged into the same 1Password account on all three devices, shouldn't the Watchtower score be the same across all three? I've checked and there are no un-synced changes or anything... Can anyone suggest what the problem/issue is? Issue Description With these settings: autofill enabled only 1Password enabled website configure for “only for this exact domain” for both the domain in the address bar and for the erroneously suggested website “autofill suggestion” in 1Password for ios suggests the wrong website credentials. I noted that the suggestion is for the same parent domain but different subdomain. It’s also the first website alphabetically for that subdomain Example Navigate to myapp2.int.mydomain and the credentials for “myapp1.int.mydomain” appear in the autofill suggestion field above the keyboard. Pressing the key icon will open 1password, displaying the credentials for myapp2.int.mydomain . So, only the autofill suggestion is incorrect. My environment ios 18.7.1 1Password : 1Password for iOS 8.11.12 (81112027) iphone 15 PM Browser Firefox iOS 143.1.1 Workaround Turn autofill off so that there is no auto suggestion. The 1password key symbol will still be present above the keyboard on the right hand side. if you click it , it shows the correct credentials for the website. That is what I did as a workaround. I don’t know of this behavior is a bug with 1password or limitation of the autofill system on iOS, but I felt it was worth reporting.Solved7Views0likes1CommentGoogle Passkey not usable on iPhone
I have a passkey set for my Google account, but when I try to sign in and select the passkey option from a device, it opens on my phone but the only option there is the MS authenticator. There is no Google passkey in that app, and the phone doesn't give me a prompt or option to select the one stored in 1Password.4Views0likes0Comments1password 7 - Vault Restore through iPhone local backup?
Hi, I have been on 1Password 7 until recently and joined the 14-day trial by setting up a 1password account after I realized that there no longer any iCloud syncing across devices. I did not realize that the consequence of this 14-day trial was that I would not be able to add any new password to my vault without continuing with the subscription... Long story short: - I thought that signing out of the my.1password.com account would allow me to add passwords again (even if they would not sync) - turns out, it does not... - I stupidly restored a 4 year old vault from my Dropbox (and I don't seem to have a more recent one there) - I do not remember my Master Password for my my.1password.com account. So I cannot access my current version any more. - However, I DO know my app-password. So I can access the app... As a result: I lost all of the additions to my vault since 2020... HOWEVER: I do have a full local iPhone backup in iTunes from a few months ago (before I did the 14 day trial of 1password) QUESTION: If I were to restore that local iPhone backup from a few months ago, will it restore the vault in the 1password 7 app from that local backup - so I at least have a version from a few months and not 5 years ago? This means I could just use the app-password to get into the app. I would probably do a current backup before restoring that one, then sort out the backup of my slightly outdated vault and then go back to the "current backup"... Thank you so much for your insights!172Views1like2CommentsRich Icon requests: Pret A Manger+Pay By Phone

What happens to a vault of items being shared between two people if the vault's owner should suddenly stop using 1Password for Families? (in the case of stroke, death, cognitive decline, switch to a competitor, change from family to personal plan, etc.) What if the owner or their heirs don't know how or want to continue with 1Password after payments cease? If the owner or its heirs decide to close out the 1Password account and request data to be removed, are other vault participants notified with an advance directive? I tried searching the forum for the answer, but didn't find what I was looking for. Sorry to be macabre, but I'm always thinking about contingency plans, rights of survivorship, digital legacy, etc. As a real-world scenario example, I share a vault with a friend for the purposes of managing a shared project. My friend owns the vault and has shared it with me from their 1Password for Families account. I'm wondering what is the protocol for retaining or taking ownership of the items in that shared vault should my friend no longer be able to administrate their family account?Solved44Views1like3Comments
