“That didn’t work” before I even enter the password.

Throughout the beta period and now into the public release, I’ve noticed that when my vaults are locked and I click the locked 1password icon (menu bar item, safari toolbar, or safari text fields) it...

This is happening to me with the latest release (not before), but my message says “That didn’t work. Please try again."

I'm sorry that you've run into the issue. Could you please reproduce it again and send both a screenshot of your 1Password lock screen and a diagnostics report to our team: 

Send a diagnostics report (Mac)

Attach the diagnostics and the screenshot to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

With your email please include:
