Hi everyone, I'm seeing some odd behavior with 1Password on Crew Bloom. Basically, this is our staffing & remote hiring platform, by the way! I wanted to check if anyone else has run into this. On Safari (macOS) with the 1Password extension, Passkey or autofill prompts seem to trigger repeatedly when navigating between pages, not just on the login screen. In some cases, autofill doesn't appear at all unless I refresh the page. Is this something related to how CrewBloom implements authentication, or could it be an extension/Safari interaction issue? Curious if others have seen similar behavior on recruiting or HR platforms. Thanks in advance!3Views0likes0CommentsSafari-extension not working on self hosted app
Hi! I'm running a little home server with an instance of https://patchmon.net (among other self hosted apps). For some reason, the Safari extension does not propose an auto-fill of my login credentials (which are correctly stored in 1P. My system is up to date (macOS 26.2, latest 1P and latest extension. Any idea how to fix that? Thanks!19Views1like1CommentNative Password AutoFill Extension macOS
So one of the people in my family subscription for 1P relies heavily on iCloud Keychain. The nice piece about using the native autofill extension is entries from both show up together in-line. This happens on iOS (or if you use other password managers it secure by each provider but both are offered the same way together). in terms of migration and allowing those who wish to use both depending on the context. It would be nice to support the native autofill extension, but further it limits exposure or need for safari extension. Should someone not want to use or can't install the extension due to work policy or just rather not use safari extensions thanks. 1Password Version: 8.x Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version: macOS 12.6 Browser:_ Safari5.4KViews16likes161CommentsHow to Reveal Entire Credit Card Number

I moved from 1 Password 7 --> v 8.11.22... I know I'm a bit slow with my passwords. Now that passkeys are more of a thing it was worth the change. I'm seeing an orange cloud w/ a diagonal line across it to the right of the search box like there is an issue syncing stuff. I have added items from both the Mac and the phone three of my devices have been upgraded to the new software using the cloud items. Still move things from the import to better categories. I did have a passkey that looked like it was created, but did not show up. I'm thinking that is the problem, but don't see anything in the offline location it says to check. I'm not sure what is missing or how to correct the problem. Looking for help as most of the old entries are 1.5 years or older.11Views0likes1CommentPasskey on Safari results in error "PublicKeyCredential" after upgrade to Mac OS 15.4
Hi all, after upgrading to Sequoia 15.4, authentication using Passkey (which is required by my employer) ends with error message "TypeError: Can only call PublicKeyCredential.toJSON on instances of PublicKeyCredential" on Safari. It was working before the upgrade without any problem. I didn't change anything except system upgrade. On Firefox it's stil working correctly as before (and Chrome didn't work neither before). Is anybody facing the same problem? Is it problem of Safari 1Password extension?1.3KViews0likes70CommentsUniversal Autofill Stopped Working for Safari in macOS 15.7.2
I've been using Universal Autofill on my Mac for years and it has stopped working in the last few weeks. I remember updating to Mac OS X 15.7.2 and can't tell if it was that update, or the Safari 26.1 update that broke it. I checked other community posts and verified that I am running the 1password production release channel and was running 8.11.16 before this morning when I updated to 8.11.18. The autofill box will pop up and recognize the website I am on in Quick Access, but it won't fill in a username or password field on the website.295Views0likes11CommentsFeature Request: Show Original Contributor of Items in Shared Family Vaults
Summary Please add a built-in way to display who originally created or contributed an item to a shared vault in 1Password Family. Problem In shared family vaults, it is currently not possible to see who an item originally belongs to once it has been shared. This makes it unclear who owns a specific account, even though the item is visible to everyone in the family. As a workaround, we manually add tags with the name of the person who created or contributed the item. This allows sorting and filtering by owner, but it is manual, error-prone, and easy to forget. Proposed Feature Display non-editable metadata such as: “Contributed by: Name” or “Original owner: Name” This information should remain visible in the item details after sharing or moving an item into a shared family vault. Benefit This makes it easy to understand who an account actually belongs to, even when it is shared for convenience. It improves clarity in family vaults, avoids confusion, and removes the need for manual tagging. Reference Apple Passwords already shows this information for shared items using labels like “Contributed by: Name”, which provides clear ownership at a glance.10Views1like1CommentDisable username 'suggestions' when creating a new entry
hi, all...I'm a new 1Password user and have something bugging me (no pun intended) & couldn't find the answer via search. hoping the community can help :-) When I'm creating a new entry on the 1Password app on my Mac, when I click on 'username' it gives me a list of (seemingly) all the different usernames that are stored by 1Password. Any chance there's a way to disable this? 1Password Version: 8.7.1 Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version: macOS 12.5179Views1like8CommentsLogin icons not showing after an import
Hi, I have an existing vault where my icons for all my login items show, everything is fine etc. However I've created a new vault and have imported from bitwarden a large amount of entries. Even though I have 'Show app and website icons' selected, none of the icons for the imported sites show (just the default first and second letter. If I then go into one of these imports and remove the part of the website URL and add back, the icon then appears. So its as if its not triggering to look these up on import. I've tried production and nightly build but both the same result. Anyway to force an icon lookup for a vault, or to fix the import issue? Keen to move some family members over to a subscription plan, but obviously the nice to look at bit will become the most important part!16Views0likes2Comments
